By creating an account, you confirm that you are located in Nagaland, India and agree to these Terms.

2. Platform Purpose

aghili.in provides tournament management, match tracking, player statistics, and scoreboards.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Do not impersonate another individual
• Do not misuse player data

4. Player Data Usage

Player name and photo may be visible and are used strictly for verification and match transparency.

5. Discipline & Remarks

Admins and referees may record yellow cards, red cards, and remarks as part of match history.

6. Temporary Tournament Hosts

Temporary host accounts can manage only their assigned tournaments (capacity-controlled by admin) and cannot delete global users or modify unrelated tournaments.

7. Account Deletion Rules

Account deletion is blocked during LIVE matches and ACTIVE tournament participation.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and system logic belong to aghili.in.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for match disputes, real-world conflicts, or incorrect data entered by organizers.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by laws of India, jurisdiction: Nagaland.

11. Service Restriction

Platform services are intended only for Nagaland, India.
